It’s Okay to not be Okay
Every once and awhile you may have a bad day, and that’s alright. Unfortunately, not everyday will be a good day. You are allowed to take a break once in awhile. The average human being sets a work and life balance for themselves, which allows them to relax. Your bad days will pass. You should allow yourself to be open with your emotions and feelings. Your feelings are 100% valid. It is okay to not be okay.
