Recreational therapy includes physical activities which helps individuals with their psychology and physical health. Additionally, recreational therapy is used to promote the functions and skills of everyday life activity for individuals who have difficulty socializing. Recreational therapy is a form of treatment that helps the individual develop a sense of belonging and independence in society. Furthermore, recreational therapy can take place outdoors, and includes activities such as: dancing, swimming, walking, arts and crafts, sports, and games.

Lifehouse professional counseling is currently accepting LPC Associates. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to the counseling profession, and who accepts responsibility, is dedicated and respectful of the supervisor-supervisee relationship, is organized, has effective time management skills, and is willing to ask questions.

Supervision will include: Individual weekly sessions. Virtual Supervision is always an option. Feedback and guidance on counseling techniques, diagnosis, assessments, ethics, and application of theories. Review your case notes to improve documentation and monitor ethical compliance.
